Montefiore will be opening a new state-of-the art location at 555 Taxter Road in early 2020. Montefiore will operate a primary care facility at the property that will be the first of its kind in the area, according to GHP Office Realty. The space will be utilized for both medical and executive office functions. Medical services at the new location will include Orthopedics, Specialty Services, Endocrinology, Allergy and Diabetes Treatment as well as Physical Therapy overseen by Burke Rehabilitation Center. In addition to medical services, Montefiore Medical Center will be operating IT, Social Services and administrative support from its new Elmsford offices. 555 Taxter Road is a 186,000-square-foot property located directly off the intersection of I-287 and I-87. With Montefiore Medical Center’s long-term lease, the building is now 100% occupied.
